Arizona Board of Regents announcing major initiative to improve health care in Arizona

WHAT: A bold, new initiative will be announced during a special meeting of the Arizona Board of Regents that will influence the trajectory of the health-care workforce in Arizona for decades to come.     

Committee meetings will follow the press conference. Agendas and materials are available on the board’s website and links are included below.

MEDIA AVAILABILITY: Media are invited to attend in person. Chair Elect Fred DuVal and Arizona State University President Michael Crow will be available in person to answer media questions regarding the announcement immediately following the special board meeting. A mult box will be available for direct meeting audio.

WHERE: The meetings will take place at Arizona State University, Fulton Center, Sixth Floor, 300 E. University Drive, Tempe, AZ. A livestream is available at ABOR Live.

WHEN:  Thursday, June 1
