Arizona Board of Regents to hold special board, committee meetings

WHAT: The board will convene for a special board and committee meetings Sept. 15. Agendas and materials are available on the board’s website and links are included below.

WHERE: The meetings will take place at Arizona State University, Fulton Center, Sixth Floor, 300 E. University Drive, Tempe, AZ. A livestream is available at ABOR Live.

WHEN: Thursday, Sept. 15, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

9 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Special board meeting (call to order, 9 – 9:05 a.m.; executive session, 9:05 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.)
1 – 3:10 p.m. – Finance, Capital and Resources Committee (call to order, 1 – 1:05 p.m.; executive session, 1:05 – 1:25; public session, 1:30 – 3:10 p.m.)
3:25 - 5 p.m. – Academic Affairs and Educational Attainment Committee (public session, 3:25 – 5 p.m.)

Any item on the agendas may be considered at any time out of order at the discretion of the board or committee chairs. The board or committees may discuss, consider or take action regarding any item on the agendas.
