Thursday, August 27 

• 10:00 a.m. – Special board meeting call to order
• 10:05 a.m. – 11:50 a.m. – Executive session 
• 12:30 p.m. – 1:50 p.m. – Resume executive session
• 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Resume public session

Friday, August 28 

• 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – Resume executive session
• 12:15 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. – Resume executive session
• 1:45 p.m. – Adjournment
