ABOR’s special board and committee meetings on Thursday
WHAT: The Arizona Board of Regents has scheduled special board and committee meetings on Thursday, November 7. During the special board meeting, the board will review proposed amendments to the presidents’ contracts. In committee meetings, members will receive an update from the Tri-University General Education Assessment group regarding the outcomes from the most recent general education critical thinking assessment in addition to a discussion on potential opportunities to expand current defense and military-related initiatives across Arizona’s public universities.

- 9 a.m. – Special board meeting call to order
- 9:05 – 11:05 a.m. – Special board meeting executive session
- 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Strategic Initiatives and Planning Committee
- 1 - 2:05 p.m. – University Governance and Operations Committee
- 2:15 - 2:30 p.m. – Special board meeting public session
- 2:30 - 4 p.m. – Special board meeting executive session
