WHAT: Northern Arizona University presidential search finalist, José Luis Cruz, Ph.D., will be available to meet virtually with members of the media following his first address to the campus community later today.
The Arizona Board of Regents voted to approve Dr. Cruz as the finalist for the NAU president during a special board meeting yesterday. During the meeting, the board invited the finalist to NAU and voted to authorize ABOR Chair Larry E. Penley to negotiate contract terms with the finalist subject to board approval.
