Regents' Cup this weekend celebrates civil discourse, free speech at Arizona's pubic universities

The inaugural Regents’ Cup, a debate competition celebrating free speech, civil discourse and democratic engagement among students from all of Arizona’s public universities, will take place Nov. 16 at the University of Arizona.
